We hope the time will come when we'll handle the fulfillment of orders and the creation of our shirts in-house, but as a start-up, we felt it was a good idea to turn to a quality supplier like Printfection while we get up and running.

Payment options accepts credit cards and debit/aTM/check cards for payment.

Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Paying with a Credit Card: During checkout you can safely enter your card information into our secure server. This sensitive information is encrypted and your card number is not stored, providing an added layer of security.

Debit/ATM/Check Cards Accepted: Any debit/aTM/check card associated with one of the four major credit card types listed above.

Paying with a Debit/aTM/Check Card: Enter the card information as if you were using a regular Credit Card.

Authorizing your Card: When you place an order with Printfection, they contact your credit card's issuing bank to authorize the transaction. The authorization process simply verifies your card has not been reported lost or stolen and has sufficient credit to cover the purchase price.

Please note: Your credit card is never charged until your order ships.

Coupons, Discounts, and Promotional Certificates: From time to time, Printfaction issues coupon codes and promotional certificates that can be redeemed during the checkout process. For more information, see How do I use a coupon discount or promotional code?

Changing or Canceling an Order

Canceling an order:

If you need to cancel your order please call Printfection toll-free at 1-866-459-7990 or, for customers outside the USA, call 1-303-459-7990. You may also use their contact form but due to the volume of messages received, it is best to call in order cancellations to make sure they are canceled before entering the production process.

Please note: Once your order enters the production process, it cannot be canceled by you or the Printfection customer service department. You will need to return the item(s) for a refund.

Changing an order:

If you have already completed an order and want to add or remove item(s) from the order, change shipping methods, or change the billing or shipping information, you will need to cancel the initial order and place a new order. No changes can be made to existing orders. To cancel your order, please call Printfection toll-free at 1-866-459-7990 or, for customers outside the USA, call 1-303-459-7990. You may also use their contact form but due to the volume of messages received, it is best to call in order cancellations to make sure they are canceled before entering the production process. After your order has been canceled by the Printfection customer service department, you can place a new order online with the changes.

Please note: Once your order enters the production process, it cannot be canceled by you or the Printfection customer service department. You will need to return the item(s) for a refund.

Order Status

The fastest way to check the status of your order is to log in to your Printfection account. On your account homepage, your most recent orders are displayed, and you can click on any order to see the status. Each order goes throughthe following stages and is updated to your account in real-time:

  • Awaiting Production
  • In Production
  • Production Complete
  • Shipped - tracking number issued

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, and this information will be saved into your account so you can log in and track your package as it travels from our production facility to the delivery address.

Sales Tax is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, and only charges the sales tax required by law to orders shipped within the state of Colorado.

Orders shipped outside Colorado are not charged any sales tax.

International shipments may be subject to various import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. For more information see Customs.

How do I use a coupon discount or promotional code?

From time to time, Printfection issues coupon codes and promotional certificates that can be redeemed during the checkout process. If you are having trouble redeeming a coupon code, try one of the tips below:

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Coupon codes are entered on the shopping cart page. After you have added items to your cart, look for the box titled "Coupon code?" directly below the list of items in your cart. Enter your code and click the "go" button. Your discount is shown in red. This discount is updated in real-time as you add or remove items from your cart. If you add or remove items that void your discount, it may look like the coupon code is not working. Try adding item(s) that are eligible for your specific coupon code.

Why is my coupon code not working?

Some coupons may require a minimum purchase amount or may be valid for a limited time only. Please check the terms of use associated with your coupon code (consult the promotional e-mail, website, or other point of issue), making sure the items in your cart fulfill any requirements associated with the coupon code. How much do you charge for shipping?

Simply view your shopping cart to see the lowest-cost shipping rate for your order. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart.

How do I upgrade to Two-day or One-day express shipping?

During the last step of the checkout process you can choose from all available shipping speeds including our Two-day and One-day express delivery options.

How long does it take to process my order?

In your shopping cart & during checkout you can see specific product availability times and an estimate of how long it will take for your order to be manufactured.

Orders shipped Two-day or One-day will be processed before all other orders but still require the processing time displayed in your shopping cart plus applicable time in transit. If you're in a hurry, select "Rush my order" during the last step of checkout (if available).

How do I calculate the total delivery time?

Simply add processing time and transit time together. For example: an order shipped Two-day for a single T-shirt might take 3 days to process plus 2 days in transit for a total time of 5 business days to arrive from the time the order was placed.

Tracking your Order

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. You may click the link in the e-mail message or log in to your account to track your order as it travels from the production facility to the delivery address.

Tracking information may not be available until one business day after your package has shipped.

Please note: International shipments cannot be tracked once they leave our production facility. Orders shipped via Super Saver Shipping have limited "delivery confirmation" tracking that will let you know the date and time the package was delivered. Orders shipped via Standard, Two-day, or One-day have full tracking capabilities.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Customers in the Denver, Colorado, metro area may pick up orders at Printfection's production facility/warehouse during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mountain time). The production facility is located at 10975 E 55th Ave, Unit C, Denver, CO, 80239.

Before you place your order, please contact Printfection and let them know that you would like Denver Local Pickup added to your account. Once this has been added, you will see a shipping option called "Denver Local Pickup" in the shipping drop-down box on the review page (the last page in the checkout before you submit your order). If you select this shipping option, you will be notified via e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. Simply print that e-mail and bring it with you when you pick up your order.

All pickup orders are subject to Colorado sales tax by law. Tax is automatically calculated during checkout. There are no exceptions unless you have a valid reseller or government/non-profit certificate on file at the time of your order.

You may be subject to import taxes, surcharges, and duties which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Remember that customs policies & procedures vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms attached to each International order list the value of your order by product type.
